Usage:
This machine can be paired with circular sand plates, mainly for flat metal products such as stainless steel plates, aluminum plate heat sinks, alloy small plates, etc. for flat polishing. It can achieve a bright and snowflake like effect on your product.
Machine Configuration:
This equipment is controlled by a two channel CNC control system, with 4 fixture positions and intermittent rotation of a 1000 mm diameter disc. Two working heads polish the workpiece surface, and the polishing head is composed of pneumatic polishing equipment. It is easy and convenient to replace consumables when they are lost.
The equipment is also equipped with low pressure alarm, water circulation wet dust collector, and can freely choose the start and stop functions of the left and right workstations, ensuring safety and environmental protection.
