It can be rounded successively in the middle to avoid grinding round workpieces.
Practice has proved that the higher the workpiece center is, the easier it is to obtain a higher roundness and the faster the rounding process, but the distance from the workpiece center should not be too large, otherwise the upward vertical component force of the guide wheel on the workpiece may cause the workpiece to jump , thereby affecting the quality of the machined surface.
(2) Use high-quality corundum rubber wheels as guide wheels.
