Five-axis CNC polishing machine is suitable for surface treatment of plastic, aluminum alloy, stainless steel, ceramic, glass, titanium alloy and other hard/brittle materials. After the plastic injection is completed, the molded product must be taken out from the mold. If the mold cannot be opened, it cannot be taken out. Therefore, a set of plastic molds must be divided into upper and lower or left and right molds, and the mold and the mold are separated or combined. There will be a gap there. For mold problems, for example, for a plastic cup with a handle, the parting surface should preferably be parallel to the handle, so as to avoid the handle being buried in the mold and unable to be taken out after parting.
