Instructions of operating Stainless steel abrasive belt flat plate grinding sanding machine

• Step one, turn on the power switch to see power indicator whether there is electricity.
• Step two, shake the hand lift table, to lift the working table to a certain height, the space around the workpiece is higher than 2 MM.
• Step three, press the Start button to start the belt conveyor, adjust the distance between the workpiece and the belt.
• Step four, start pump and spindle switch, so that grinding is processing between the belt and the workpiece.
• Step five, watch the workpiece surface quality meets the requirements, if not, please use the hand to move slowly adjusting the distance between the workpiece and the sanding belt.
• Step six, press the emergency stop button if there is something wrong in the work
• Step seven, after work, shut the power, clean machinery and fill lubrication to the regularly moving parts
